Youth Pride Art Show and Pride Walk

OUT Maine has partnered with the Center for Maine Contemporary Art (CMCA), Rock City Cafe in Rockland, and  and MCHT’s Erickson Fields Preserve in Rockport to bring LGBTQIA2S+ and allied youth and young adults’ art and writing to Midcoast Maine during Pride Month (June).

This year’s theme is Queer in Maine. Artists are asked to consider how place and identity push and pull one another in their pieces.

Art will be on display at Rock City Cafe, while poetry and short prose will be displayed at the Pride Walk.

Submit your art or poetry using the buttons below. If you are under 18, your parent/guardian will need to sign your media release. No one is too young to participate! The upper age cut-off is 22.
