GSTA Guidebook
A Gay Straight Trans Alliance (GSTA) is a student-based school club where LGBTQ+ youth and allies can gather for social opportunities, support, and in some cases, activism. A GSTA is a strong tool for improving the school climate for LGBTQ+ youth. Research shows that schools with GSTAs experience reduced bullying and harassment for all students.
